Applications Manager

We're looking for a dependable Applications Manager to work from our Madison, WI facility who thrives in a fastpaced environment and takes pride in leading enterprise software strategy, improving business systems, and guiding a highperforming applications team. If you're skilled in project leadership, ERP systems, and crossfunctional collaboration, this is a great opportunity to make an impact.

Onsite: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You'll Do

  • Lead and deliver transformational and continuousimprovement IT projects, ensuring ontime and onbudget execution
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a highperforming Applications Team (Systems Analysts, Business Analysts, Application Developers)
  • Partner with business leaders to understand requirements and ensure systems and processes support company strategy
  • Oversee project planning, scope definition, resource allocation, timelines, and budgets
  • Track deliverables, communicate progress, and present updates, risks, and solutions to stakeholders
  • Ensure highquality design, development, and maintenance of enterprise software and applications
  • Manage the IT project portfolio, balancing short and longterm initiatives and evaluating new opportunities
  • Support completion of ITrelated Major Objectives (goals) and provide recommendations to decisionmakers
  • Research and evaluate new ERP, application, and businesssolution technologies to improve efficiency
  • Review vendor offerings, attend demos/webinars, and contribute to the strategic IT roadmap

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field
  • 10+ years of experience with ERP or transactional systems in manufacturing
  • Demonstrated success as a project or team leader
  • Experience with:
    • Oracle EBusiness Suite (Workflow, Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, XML/BI Publisher)
    • Oracle Fusion Cloud
    • Salesforce CRM/CPQ
    • Microsoft Power BI
    • Workato
    • Snowflake
  • Strong project management skills
  • Outstanding organization, communication, and analytical abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with minimal supervision
