What You'll Do
- Lead and deliver transformational and continuousimprovement IT projects, ensuring ontime and onbudget execution
- Manage, mentor, and develop a highperforming Applications Team (Systems Analysts, Business Analysts, Application Developers)
- Partner with business leaders to understand requirements and ensure systems and processes support company strategy
- Oversee project planning, scope definition, resource allocation, timelines, and budgets
- Track deliverables, communicate progress, and present updates, risks, and solutions to stakeholders
- Ensure highquality design, development, and maintenance of enterprise software and applications
- Manage the IT project portfolio, balancing short and longterm initiatives and evaluating new opportunities
- Support completion of ITrelated Major Objectives (goals) and provide recommendations to decisionmakers
- Research and evaluate new ERP, application, and businesssolution technologies to improve efficiency
- Review vendor offerings, attend demos/webinars, and contribute to the strategic IT roadmap
What You Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field
- 10+ years of experience with ERP or transactional systems in manufacturing
- Demonstrated success as a project or team leader
