In this position, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business software solutions to enhance our organization's operational efficiency and effectiveness. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including our management team, business analysts, engineers, project managers, and end-users, to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and robust business applications. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collaborating with a team to design, develop, and support seamless integrations between ERP and other systems.
  • Designing and implementing ERP solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other business systems, such as production planning, inventory management, quality control, and supply chain management.
  • Working closely with management to identify system requirements and implement business system enhancements and modifications.
  • Collaborating with end-user to identify user interface requirements.
  • Creating technical documentation to guide users and future development including specifications, design documents and user guides and instructions.
  • Conducting thorough testing of business applications to ensure functionality, performance, and security.
  • Testing and deploying software for user acceptance testing and management review.
  • Troubleshooting and debugging business software issues and identifying and implementing appropriate solutions.
  • Responsible for final deployment.
  • Assisting in training end-users on ERP system functionalities and providing ongoing technical support.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Proven work experience as an ERP Developer or similar role, with a focus on ERP software development and customization.
  • 2+ years of Cloud ERP software experience.
  • 2+ years C#, SQL Server/TSQL, .NET Framework,
  • Demonstrated expertise in building web applications or frameworks using modern technologies and languages, with a strong focus on .NET, C#, RESTful APIs, and ASP.NET Core.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, such as Acumatica, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with ERP-specific development frameworks, tools, and technologies.
  • Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies and practices, including Agile.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new technologies and industry trends.
  • A willingness to take on other roles as needed in IT and Application support.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
  • Experience with Acumatica is a plus.
  • Report writing with Crystal Reports or similar programs experience.
  • Prior experience with ERP implementation projects.
