• Conduct comprehensive virtual psychosocial assessments to identify the strengths and needs of students, utilizing telehealth platforms to facilitate effective communication.
• Provide evidence-based counseling services tailored to students, families, and groups, employing diverse therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Collaborate with educational staff, healthcare providers, and community organizations to coordinate integrated care plans that promote the overall well-being of students.
• Advocate for students' rights by connecting them with essential community resources and support services, ensuring they have access to the help they need.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in electronic health records, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Engage in regular team meetings, case conferences, and continuing education opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge, fostering ongoing professional development.

You will focus primarily on students experiencing a range of emotional and behavioral challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment issues. Your work will emphasize building rapport with this population, ensuring they feel heard and supported as they navigate both academic and personal challenges.

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.
• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services, especially in educational settings.
• Proficient in performing diagnostic assessments and developing tailored treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of establishing trust and rapport with diverse student populations.
• A firm commitment to cultural competence and ethical practice in social work.

• Experience in school-based mental health services, with a solid understanding of academic systems and adolescent development.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), or similar methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.
