About Us:

Youth Health Associates (YHA) is a licensed residential treatment center serving adolescent males ages 12–18 who have experienced mental and behavioral challenges. Our students thrive in structured environments where they receive individualized support from dedicated mentors, therapists, and teachers.

We are currently hiring Line Staff  to play a critical role in helping these young men create meaningful change in their lives.

Schedule Options:
  • Morning: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

  • Swing: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise clients and maintain a safe, structured environment

  • Conduct group and recreational activities

  • Mentor youth in daily life skills (cooking, cleaning, schoolwork, etc.)

  • Uphold rules and maintain house expectations

  • Support the emotional and behavioral growth of clients

  • Assist with outings, appointments, and community activities

Qualifications:

  • Pass criminal background check
  • Pass drug test
  • High school or equivalent (Required)
  • MUST be 21 years of age
  • Previous experience is helpful, but not required to be a Youth Mentor/Group Home Staff.
