• Conduct detailed evaluations and assessments to determine the individual needs of children within the early intervention framework.
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) that address the unique developmental milestones for each child.
• Monitor progress and outcomes as a collaborative member of a multidisciplinary team, utilizing evidence-based practices to inform strategies and interventions.
• Provide families with essential support, coaching, and education regarding their child's development, resulting in enhanced outcomes.
• Employ a coaching model that prioritizes natural learning environments, ensuring that interventions occur within the context of daily family routines.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations, ensuring best practices in the delivery of services and safeguarding the health and safety of all involved.

This position is primarily focused on young children experiencing developmental delays or disabilities, alongside their families. Your expertise will directly support infants and toddlers as they embark on their learning journeys during critical early years, helping them achieve significant developmental milestones in cognitive, physical, social/emotional, and communication skills.

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Valid Illinois LCSW license, demonstrating your qualification to practice at the clinical level.
• A minimum of one year of professional experience working directly with children in early intervention settings.
• A valid driver's license to facilitate potential in-person engagements.
• Commitment to understanding and applying Natural Learning Environment Practices in your therapeutic approach.
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal communication skills, demonstrating your ability to engage with diverse populations effectively.
• Bilingual proficiency is highly encouraged, allowing for broader communication and support among families.

• A proven track record of developing rapport with families and children, tailoring interventions to meet diverse learning styles.
• Experience working collaboratively within a team, demonstrating a respectful and cooperative attitude towards colleagues.
• Familiarity with implementing evidence-based strategies and assessment tools within early intervention frameworks.
