• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including in-depth psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and thorough risk assessments to accurately determine the needs of clients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the specific mental health goals and cultural backgrounds of each patient, emphasizing a person-centered approach.
• Provide high-quality therapeutic interventions utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) in various therapeutic settings including individual, couple, family, and group therapy.
• Deliver crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute distress, collaborating with multidisciplinary health professionals to ensure continuity of care and appropriate responses to emergencies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation that adheres to clinic policies and regulatory guidelines, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
• Empower clients and their families through psychoeducation, providing them with the knowledge and skills necessary to manage and navigate mental health conditions effectively.
• Engage with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers, promoting coordinated care that is holistic and comprehensive for our patients.
• Regularly assess treatment outcomes to evaluate the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions and adjust treatment plans to meet evolving client needs.
• Stay current with the latest research, best practices, and emerging trends in the mental health field, integrating new knowledge into practice to enhance the quality of care provided.
• Uphold ethical standards and maintain strict confidentiality of all patient information in compliance with legal regulations.

Your work will primarily involve serving clients who are seeking mental health support due to trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. • Demonstrable experience using evidence-based therapeutic techniques, alongside a solid understanding of crisis management and intervention strategies.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000, with actual compensation depending on geographic location, relevant experience, and education level.
