About the Role:
Join Carter's Child Care and Learning Center as a Lead Childcare Teacher or Assistant Childcare Teacher, where you will inspire young minds in a nurturing environment. We are dedicated to providing high-quality early childhood education in Wilmington, DE, and are looking for passionate educators to join our team!

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote cognitive and social development.
  • Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment for all children.
  • Supervise and mentor assistant teachers, providing guidance and support.
  • Conduct regular assessments of children's progress and communicate with parents.
  • Facilitate age-appropriate activities that encourage exploration and learning.
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom, adhering to health and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain.
