Job description

Position is through the ESC- Educational Service Center


Licensure:  Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification (BCBA) 

  • Have an understanding of the emotional and social development of children
  • Assist in the collection of classroom and building data
  • Collaborate with Mental Health Team and School Counseling team
  • Support the process of identifying behavioral interventions across all settings
  • Support the implementation of behavioral intervention strategies for specific students and/or classroom setting
  • Conduct and support Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) as needed
  • Collaborate/create on the development of Behavior Intervention Plans as needed
  • Provide training and staff development activities as needed
  • Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians as needed
  • Perform other specific job-related duties as directed
