- Shift: Day 5x8s | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Start Date: ASAP
- Setting: Home Health
- Experience Required: Minimum 1 year Skilled Home Health experience
- Required: OASIS experience, BLS certification
- MUST HAVE: Active Oregon (OR) & Washington (WA) RN Licenses
- First-time travelers accepted
Job Details:
- Up to 6 patient visits/day
- EPIC & Rover charting
- Mileage reimbursement provided
- Traveler must have own transportation
- No on-call or weekend requirement
