North America Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Low Pressure Studio is seeking a full-time North America Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support the growth and execution of the Nidecker brand across the U.S. and Canada. This role combines sales support, B2B marketing, events, retail activations, and operational execution into one highly collaborative position. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and deeply connected to snowboard culture. You will work closely with sales, marketing, retailers and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of brand initiatives, dealer support, and market activations throughout North America.

The primary objective of this role is to support wholesale sales growth and retailer sell-through across North America through dealer support, retail marketing execution, sales operations, events, and customer service. This is a full-time in-office role designed to support and accelerate the growth of the Nidecker brand through carrying out key initiatives, providing best-in-class service, and expanding distribution where appropriate. It offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in snowboarding; through community engagement and strengthening retail partnerships.

B2B Sales and Marketing Tasks
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with retailers and reps to support continued sales growth in NA
  • Coordinate retailer staff education initiatives, product knowledge programs, and seasonal training materials
  • Coordinate with Sales Manager to ensure timely distribution of promotional materials to wholesale customers and sales reps
  • Organize and implement POP management and in-store marketing plans for retailers
  • Coordinate retailer focused events: movie premiers, on-snow events, product launches
  • Assist with wholesale data and creative content build sheets, order processing and retailer inquiries
  • Build a solid understanding and become a positive ambassador of hundreds of products across multiple product lines
  • Handle and resolve customer inquiries while staying in-line with company philosophy
  • Coordinate with product reviewers ensuring timely delivery of product for review and shipping
  • Provide product information, pricing details, and support on order-related matters
  • Assist in setup and work regional and national sales tradeshows, on-snow demos and other special projects and events as needed to support the NA sales team
Marketing & Brand Activation
  • Coordinate and execute retail events, product launches, demos, movie premieres, and grassroots activations throughout North America.
  • Support development and execution of retail marketing campaigns, sales contests, POP initiatives, and in-store merchandising programs.
  • Coordinate production and distribution of marketing collateral, signage, demo materials, and retailer assets.
  • Ensure wholesale and digital retail partners maintain accurate branding, imagery, and product information.
  • Assist with North American media coordination, print deadlines, product reviews, and asset distribution.
  • Maintain marketing calendars, event schedules, reporting, and seasonal recaps.
  • Support collaboration projects, partnerships, and regional brand initiatives.
Content & Sports Marketing Coordination
  • Coordinate product support and fulfillment for regional ambassadors, retailer staff programs, demo personnel, and key market influencers.
  • Coordinate implementation of approved marketing assets and seasonal sales tools across North American retail channels.
Requirements
  • 13+ years of experience in sales coordination, marketing, events, sports marketing, or the snowboard/action sports industry preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office; proficiency with Excel strongly preferred. Familiarity with ENDVR and Elastic a plus.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, social media platforms, and ERP systems such as NetSuite is a plus.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a small team environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout North America during trade show and demo season.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in varying weather and mountain conditions.
  • Snowboard Fluent: Talk the talk, passion for snowboarding and strong understanding of snowboard culture strongly preferred.
  • Hustle: A proactive, "no task too small" attitude. You're just as excited to pack promo boxes as you are to review in-store sales campaigns.

    • $24.04 - $27.65/HR, DOE
    • Monthly Healthcare Stipend: $300/month paid by LPS to be used towards your benefit plan of choice.
    • Time Off: Employee will receive 20+ Uncapped PTO days/year, mostly to be taken during slowing months plus all major US holidays (11 in total).
    • 401(k): Option to participate in our company provided 401(k) program.
