Job description

Part-Time Customer Service & Snack Bar Associate

Location: McGavock Dealership
Schedule: Part-Time Monday- Friday 1:00pm to 6:00pm and MUST be able to work Saturdays 8:00-4:00. 

At McGavock, we believe every customer should feel welcome from the moment they walk through our doors. We are looking for friendly, outgoing individuals to join our team as a Customer Service & Snack Bar Associate. This role is much more than working behind a counter, it is about creating a positive experience for customers while they wait in our dealership.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve fresh popcorn, cookies, coffee, and other refreshments.

  • Operate the snack bar and assist customers with purchases.

  • Keep snack bar inventory stocked and organized.

  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional customer lounge area.

  • Clean coffee stations, snack bar equipment, and work areas throughout the day.

  • Perform end-of-day cleaning duties, including cleaning coffee pots, cleaning popcorn machine etc. 

  • Greet customers and engage in friendly conversation while they wait.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and help create a comfortable, welcoming environment.

  • Assist with light administrative or customer service tasks as needed.

Qualifications
  • Friendly, positive attitude with excellent people skills.

  • Enjoy interacting with customers and making them feel welcome.

  • Dependable and punctual.

  • Ability to work independently and stay organized.

  • Comfortable handling food and beverages.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light cleaning duties.

  • Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or food service experience is a plus, but not required.
