Job description

Responsibilities:
  • Getting students to and from school safely.
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Deliveries/items/food this includes picking up and dropping off paper work from business and co workers.
  • Communicating with dispatch and co workers on the cb radio.
  • Communicating with supervisor and co worker by phone and/or text..
  • Weekly, daily cleaning and detailing of vehicles.(this includes other driver's van and working together as company to keep everything clean).
  • Other cleaning duties: cleaning ang maintain all work spaces including office, garage, and shared spaces..
  • Dealing with possible student misconduct.
  • Help second adults with student management.
  • Completing a daily pre- trip of the vehicle(Possibly multiple in one day.)
  • Read, review and verify route board and tiers every shift.
  • Complete ridership forms for every student on your route sheets.
  • keep accurate time card.
  • Attend all training  and certifications. (some examples are: smith system, vehicle cleaning, car seat installation, office procedures type III certification/re certification etc.)
  • Helping with office work this can include, but not limited to: submitting late reports, no ride reports, organizing files and paperwork, helping with other office work etc.
  • Helping  keep our parking lot clear this can include but not limited to: shoveling, sandling, salt and picking up debris etc.
  • Occasionally lifting 25 lbs or less.
  • Ability to read and comprehend basic English, example: route sheets.
  • Ability to converse in English.
  • Other duties as assigned.
