The Operator (SMC) is responsible for operating equipment and processes related to Sheet Molding Compound (SMC) production. What You Can Expect to Do as an Operator (SMC):

What We Are Looking For in an Operator (SMC):

  • 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or composite materials environments preferred
  • Experience with SMC or similar production processes is a plus
  • Certified and prepared to wear respirator when needed
  • Ability to drive a forklift
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures

  • Ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced production environment
