Title: Inside SMB Sales Specialist
Location: Office located in Hagerstown, MD
Rate: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour, plus uncapped commissions
Full-Time/Part Time: Full-Time
Reporting to: Director of Business Solutions
Primary Responsibilities Include:
Drive New Revenue & Dominate Your Territory:
  • Proactively hunt for new business opportunities through cold calling, social selling, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Run the full sales cycle: identify prospects, present solutions, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Consistently smash monthly and quarterly quotas, earning top-tier commission.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects with accurate forecasting.

Capture & Convert Inbound Leads:
  • Rapidly engage and qualify inbound leads from marketing, web, and phone channels.
  • Pinpoint SMB challenges and position our solutions as the clear best choice.

Collaborate, Learn, and Win Together:
  • Leverage Salesforce, M365, AWS tools, and more to maximize efficiency and results.
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to turn campaigns into contracts.
  • Commit to continuous learning-new products, new systems, and new ways to win.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Proven quota-crusher in sales, business development, or account growth.
  • Skilled closer with excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up ability.

  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn new platforms, products, and strategies.
