About the Role

We are seeking Fiber Infrastructure Technicians and Data Center Deployment Technicians to support large-scale AI and hyperscale data center projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

This role supports high-density GPU infrastructure, fiber optic deployments, structured cabling, and rack-and-stack operations inside mission-critical data center environments.

Ideal candidates have experience with fiber installations, low-voltage systems, structured cabling, server hardware deployments, or hyperscale data center operations.

This is a hands-on infrastructure role supporting some of the fastest-growing AI computing environments in the country.

ResponsibilitiesFiber & Cabling
  • Install, route, label, and manage fiber optic and copper cabling
  • Terminate and test MPO/MTP, LC, and structured cabling systems
  • Perform cable tracing, patching, and remediation
  • Maintain cable management standards in high-density rack environments
Data Center Deployment
  • Perform rack-and-stack installations for servers, switches, and GPU infrastructure
  • Install and remove hardware in mission-critical environments
  • Support hardware migrations and deployment projects
  • Assist with structured rack layouts and equipment staging
Infrastructure Support
  • Troubleshoot physical connectivity issues
  • Support smart hands and break/fix activities
  • Follow data center safety and operational procedures
  • Document completed work and deployment activities
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in fiber optics, structured cabling, low voltage, or data center operations
  • Experience working with fiber optic installations and cable management
  • Familiarity with rack-and-stack environments or server deployments
  • Ability to work in fast-paced construction or data center environments
  • Comfortable lifting equipment and working in confined spaces
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow deployment standards
Preferred Experience
  • Data center or hyperscale environment experience
  • MPO/MTP fiber experience
  • OTDR testing or fiber certification
  • Smart hands or hardware break/fix experience
  • Experience with GPU infrastructure or high-performance computing environments
  • BICSI, OSHA 10/30, Network+, or fiber certifications
Work Environment
  • Mission-critical data center facilities
  • Night/weekend work may be required based on deployment schedules
