Requirement Summary:
- Role: Onsite PHP Developer
- Experience: 2+ years
- Primary Skills: PHP development, web application support, and maintenance
- Secondary : Willingness to support offshore IT team, by being a Onsite IT Spoc
Key Responsibilities:
- Application support and enhancements for PHP-based applications
- Website maintenance, performance monitoring, and bug fixes
- Supporting platform-related activities (including basic admin tasks as guided by customer team)
Additional Responsibility (~20%):
- Provide onsite IT / Smart Hands support, including:
- End-user support (laptops, basic troubleshooting)
- Coordination for infrastructure/network issues
- Basic onsite activities such as workstation setup and IT closet checks
