ABOUT THIS ROLE Lucayan Technology Solutions LLC is seeking an IT & Media Support Specialist to support the Security Force Assistance & Stability Integration Directorate (SFASID) at Carlisle Barracks, PA. We're looking for someone who is professional, proactive, and genuinely great with people. The ideal candidate solves problems before being asked, knows who to call before escalating a ticket, and documents solutions so the whole team benefits. If you're the person who fixes the issue and then writes the SOP - this role is for you. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Manage SFASID's website, SharePoint portal, Army 365 systems, and social media platforms • Publish and distribute media products through DVIDS (audio, video, podcasts, imagery) • Maintain knowledge repositories, lessons learned databases, and digital publications • Provide IT, audio/visual, and event support for conferences and live simulcasts • Configure and troubleshoot smart boards and AV systems across the facility • Build SOPs and quick-reference guides for recurring technical issues • Monitor RFIs and ISRs and recommend FAQ updates WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • Extremely professional, punctual, and a strong communicator - verbal and written • A natural networker and collaborator who builds relationships across IT and organizational teams • Proactive problem-solver who exhausts every option before escalating • Data and AI savvy - experience with analytics tools and a genuine curiosity about AI-augmented workflows • Microsoft 365 expert: SharePoint, Teams, Copilot, Project, Publisher • Website management expert; WordPress experience a strong bonus • Adobe Acrobat expert • Hardware and smart board proficiency (intermediate to expert) • Familiarity with Vantage or similar Army AI tools a plus; GenAI.mil experience welcome but not required QUALIFICATIONS • U.S. Citizenship required • High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in IT, Communications, or related field preferred) • Active Secret clearance strongly preferred (not contractually required, but operationally advantageous) • 2+ years of experience in IT support, web content management, or knowledge management • Favorable NACI required for CAC and DoD network access • DoD 8570.01-M IA/IT certification required within 6 months of appointment • S killed in Microsoft Office 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, Power Pages) • Ability to manage multimedia integration (video, audio, graphics) for digital web products • S trong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills • Ability to manage multimedia integration (video, audio, graphics) for digital web products Work Environment * Duty Station: Carlisle Barracks, PA (onsite required). * Schedule: Monday-Friday, 0800-1700, excluding U.S. Federal holidays. * Environment: Professional military-academic setting, working with Army staff, interagency, international, and academic partners.
