Job description SMART Physician Recruiting is actively recruiting for Emergency Medicine Physicians to provide Locum coverage for a client of ours in Indiana.
Coverage is needed beginning June of 2026.
Please Note: Only candidates with an active IN license will be considered. Providers must be available for at least 4 shifts/month and all shift types to be considered.
Qualifications:
• Active IN License
• BC/BE Emergency Medicine
• ATLS, BLS
• 5+ years of EM experience (trauma center experience preferred)
Job Summary:
• Acceptable Board Certifications: ABEM/AOBEM
• Annual Patient Volume: 36,000
• Patients per Hour: 1.6
• ED Bed Count: 44
• Trauma level 2
• Shift Times / Coverage Details: Days and nights:
Tues-Fri: 6a-3p, 10a-8p, 3p-12a,
Monday: 6a-3p, 10a-8p, 3p-1a, 8p-6a,
Sat-Sun: 6a-2p, 10a-8p, 2p-10p, 8p-6a
