A+ Lawn and Landscape is a fast-growing, locally owned business serving the Des Moines area with top-quality landscaping services. We’re driven by an entrepreneurial leadership team passionate about innovation, efficiency, and delivering exceptional service.

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Auto Mechanic / Small Engine Mechanic to help maintain and repair our growing fleet of vehicles and landscaping equipment. This is a hands-on role where your technical abilities and leadership can make a real impact.


Key Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on trucks, trailers, and landscaping equipment

  • Diagnose mechanical problems and complete necessary repairs efficiently

  • Conduct basic welding when needed

  • Maintain safety standards and follow proper procedures

  • Delegate assignments and supervise quality of work when necessary

  • Keep work areas clean and organized

  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance

  • Work independently and as part of a team to complete daily tasks
