What You’ll Do

As an SLS Instructor, you will provide hands-on support and guidance to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and throughout the community. Responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting and supporting clients with daily living skills
  • Encouraging independence and personal growth
  • Supporting clients with community outings, appointments, and activities
  • Assisting with cooking, budgeting, organization, and household tasks
  • Providing companionship, encouragement, and positive support
  • Helping clients work toward their personal goals
  • Maintaining professional communication and documentation
What We’re Looking For

  • Reliability and professionalism
