THE JOB:
As an SlotsManager, you'll bring hands-on leadership experience to oversee day-to-day slot operations, ensuring team performance, guest service excellence, and protection of company assets. This role is ideal for a proven people leader with experience in customer-facing or hospitality environments who can coach employees, manage compliance, and resolve issues in a fast-paced gaming setting. You'll support shift leadership while modeling service standards and regulatory responsibility on the casino floor.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
  • Use strategies to engage employees, foster a positive work environment, gather and resolve employee issues, and retain top performers
  • Maintain ongoing communication with employees to share information, listen to feedback, and role-model S.H.O.W. standards
  • Effectively develop and mentor hourly employees to support employees' career goals and to ensure all departmental standards and goals are understood and met
  • Deliver a level of guest service which is consistent with the company's and property's core service standards
  • Manage team expectations, ensuring compliance with departmental and company policies
  • Provide instruction, training and implementation of service and other company programs to staff
  • Research and resolve guest and / or employee issues effectively and professionally
  • Manage, organize, and complete assigned projects with attention to detail within the established deadline
  • Delegate job duties and tasks to employee's utilizing SHOW as the basis for guest engagement
  • Ensure inventory of all company equipment and sensitive keys during shift are maintained and accounted for
  • Protect the confidentiality of company files and documents under immediate control
  • Assist the Shift Manager with management of human resource responsibilities to include training, issuing discipline and ensure the proper documentation of all actions taken for assigned staff members

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
  • 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in a customer service environment
  • Prior management experience is preferred
  • Must be able and willing to work Full-time schedule, Overnights starting at 7pm-3am or 11pm-7am to include weekends and holidays

Pay Range:
The pay range for this role is:
$60,700.00 - $80,900.00
This range represents a good faith estimate of the salary range that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
This position is eligible to participate in the Company's incentive plan.
Employees in this position are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans. Specific program offerings vary by eligibility factors such as geographic location, employment status, and union membership.
