Job Summary

Increases gaming revenues and profits by developing designated customer segments through increased visitation and play consolidation. Creates loyalty to Caesars Entertainment among valued gaming customers by building lasting relationships and effectively utilizing marketing techniques. Responsible for ensuring that casino guests enjoy a favorable gaming and leisure experience, authorizing complimentaries in accordance with guidelines and acting on behalf of premium, casino guests to secure reservations, tickets, transportation and other items casino guests may require.

How You Will Create the Extraordinary

Communicate guest and operational information to host staff quickly and accurately.

Coordinate with host staff on guest issues, problem resolution, and credit decisions.

Authorize airfare reimbursements above host limits within policy guidelines.

Provide coverage on the casino floor and engage guests to drive business and resolve issues in real time.

Ensure guests are properly serviced and have a positive experience in a high-volume environment.

Secure reservations for tickets, transportation, and other guest needs efficiently.

Actively prospect for new casino business and develop player relationships.

Use telemarketing techniques to reach out to guests and generate activity.

Fill slot special events and support promotional efforts to maximize participation.

Analyze slot and table games play to evaluate player value and make informed decisions.

Demonstrate proficiency in casino credit evaluation and administration.

Authorize casino credit up to $50,000 and airfare reimbursement up to $5,000 within guidelines.

Settle billing and credit disputes promptly and accurately.

Assist with collections efforts as needed.

Participate in casino marketing special events and support operational execution.

Work closely with casino operations to identify and develop unsolicited customers.

Affiliate new and existing guests to Caesars Entertainment and grow the database.

Maintain a strong slot following and continuously expand the player base.

Make timely complimentary and credit decisions in line with established guidelines.

Act as a property ambassador while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

What You Will Need

College degree in Marketing, Hotel, or Business preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Casino Host, Slot Host, or in VIP Services in a high-volume gaming property, preferably Las Vegas.

Proven track record of delivering consistent, high-quality guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Must speak, read, write, and understand English.

Ability to collaborate effectively with team members across departments.

Professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards required.

High level of integrity and ability to operate within regulated gaming standards.

Additional Requirements

Ability to continuously move throughout office and property, including gaming floors.

Must be able to move quickly and efficiently to support guest needs.

Physical ability to bend, crouch, kneel, twist, and work at a desk.
