    • Shift: 6:45 PM to 7:00 AM

Your Impact
You help keep production moving by preparing materials, operating equipment, and ensuring finished products meet quality standards that customers rely on every day.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Assist with press/coater setup and operation
  • Prepare materials and components for production
  • Operate finishing equipment (sheeter, fan folder, tape machine, etc.)
  • Monitor and document product quality
  • Package and label finished goods
  • Support equipment cleaning, maintenance, and 6S housekeeping
  • Collaborate with team members and support training efforts

You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork
  • Must comply with safety standards and maintain regular attendance
