What are Sleep Insights?

Sleep Insights refer to the analysis and interpretation of data related to a person's sleep patterns, habits, and quality. These insights are typically gathered through wearable devices, apps, or professional sleep studies and help individuals or clinicians understand factors affecting sleep, such as duration, disturbances, and sleep stages. By leveraging Sleep Insights, people can make informed decisions to enhance their overall well-being.
