Job Summary:
White Sky Technologies LLC specializes in systems engineering and technology management solutions for U.S. Government clients. They are seeking an Outreach SME to provide direct user support for AEA Tools, assisting with account administration and monitoring system and network status.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Troubleshoot system issues and perform first-level corrective maintenance.
โ€ข Address complex user questions and provide clear guidance.
โ€ข Support other help desk technicians when advanced assistance is needed.
โ€ข Deliver concise operational updates to customer teams.
โ€ข Follow and maintain SOPs and SLAs.
โ€ข Maintain and update the ticket-tracking system.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข 15+yrs experience with IC tools and capabilities
โ€ข High School diploma
โ€ข Understanding of product workflows in an operational environment.
โ€ข Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph Required
