iSOC Agent

Prosegur Security’s Monitoring Division is seeking motivated, reliable, and hard-working iSOC Agents to join our growing team. Prosegur ISOC Agents utilize our “Eyes in the Sky” technology to monitor and help protect our clients’ facilities. We are security experts committed to safety and service excellence.

This position does not offer hybrid or remote options.

Key Responsibilities:

At the Monitoring Division, iSOC Agents are responsible for:

· Monitoring surveillance cameras and alarm systems with strong attention to detail to identify incidents, security concerns, and system issues.

· Providing professional, high-quality customer service to residents, clients, and internal partners.

· Managing inbound calls, including authorized arm/disarm requests, security concerns, and general client inquiries.

· Dispatching emergency services, maintenance requests, medical alerts, wellness checks, and security responses in accordance with client instructions.

· Performing accurate data entry related to tenant requests, incident documentation, and account activity

· Conducting virtual patrols, health check patrols, and monitoring camera health alerts.

· Managing gate access control and verifying on-site activity when required.

· Collaborating closely with other Prosegur divisions and specialty accounts to ensure timely communication, response, and service delivery.

· Following all client-specific post orders, procedures, and escalation protocols.

Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on client needs.

Requirements:

· Reliable with a positive attitude and professional demeanor

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Must be at least 18 years old

· Strong customer service skills

· Comfortable using computers and multiple systems

· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

· Availability to work nights and weekends

· Ability to work on-site at our Lowell, MA facility (this is not a remote position)

· Ability to pass pre-employment screening as required
