Quantum Sky is searching for a Project Administrator Specialist Level III for a complex, multi-year contract to support the Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) Information Technology (IT) Services.ย  Scope of work is dominantly comprised of providing assistance in processing and tracking of Command-level Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Programs which integrate with Information Access Programs (i.e., Privacy Act, Records Management, Section 508, Information Collections/Paperwork Reduction, Information Quality, Civil Liberties, and Federal Register) as required by federal statutory and regulatory requirements.ย  The Contractor shall provide support to assist with the processing and tracking of a Command-level FOIA/PA Program which integrates with Information Access Programs (i.e., Records Management, Section 508, Information Collections/Paperwork Reduction, Information Quality, Civil Liberties, and Federal Register) as required by federal statutory and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Process FOIA/PA requests (approximately 60 requests per month, supporting 47 locations)
  • Assist with monitoring AFRC Systems of Record (approximately 15)
  • Assist with Command-wide FOIA/PA training
  • Track/Report FOIA and Information Access Programs metrics
  • Process the Command-wide significant FOIA requests
  • Review and provide redaction recommendations for significant FOIA responsive records, prior to release, to the FOIA/PA Manager for decision
  • Monitoring Systems of Record Electronic Records Management Systems to include ERM Hub, AFRIMS
  • Assist with Knowledge Management/Data Operations training and meetings to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
  • Track/Report Information Access Programs metrics (FOIA, PA, IC, RM, P/Fs) for proper safeguarding/storage
  • Review/Assign/Process records searches via AFRIMS
  • Familiar with DoW and AF records management, forms, publications, PII and FOIA programs
Qualifications

Required:

  • Complete AF FOIA training with thirty (30) calendar days of initial start.
  • Recommend three (3) years of experience of similar type of work

Location:

  • Work on site at Robins AFRC in GA.

Clearance:

  • Active DoD Secret clearance
