Manager/Technical Product Owner (Source to Pay)
Location: Skillman, NJ - Hybrid
Duration: 6-12 months
Job Description:
  • Support the supervising Product Group Leader
  • Support Procurement CoE and leadership future state planning focused on managing over-growth of the landscape of business applications, supporting help and recommendations across non R2P technology needs in procurement as a tech partner.
  • Provide procurement with a control point for advice/supervision on their landscape/needs assessments while actively discouraging the growth of technical debt with applications with overlapping functionality or that do not fit into the wider T&D landscape.
  • Operate & reduce 45 apps to 19

Skills Required
  • Broad in-depth knowledge of the Source to Contract process, ideally in functional operation as well as implementation and the associated sub-capabilities which include, ESG, Third Party Risk Management, Contracting, Sourcing, Data Science and Analytics.
  • Direct written and verbal communications with business leaders/partners and presentation skills required. Influencing and Subject Matter expertise are fundamental to this scope.
  • 5+ years of experience with defining and implementing best practice Source to Pay business processes, systems, and ecosystem, ideally including experience of a Procurement transformation or ERP implementation project.
  • Ability to estimate and build-out TCO for Dev-Ops target state for product area(s)
