What is a skillman?

A Skillman is a professional who possesses specialized skills or expertise in a particular trade, craft, or technical field. The term is often used to describe individuals who are highly proficient in hands-on work, such as carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, or mechanical repair. Skillmen are valued for their practical experience and ability to solve complex problems efficiently. They typically work in industries like construction, manufacturing, and maintenance, where skilled labor is essential to project success.

What are some common challenges faced by skillmen when working on job sites, and how can they be addressed?
