About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technicianย to provide technical support throughout the manufacturing lifecycleโ€”from concept through production. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in testing and troubleshooting signal generatorsย and a passion for solving complex technical challenges.
You will work closely with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot issues, improve processes, and support the successful delivery of high-quality products.

About the Team
Join a collaborative, cross-functional team of global Engineers, Technicians, and Operatorsย dedicated to building innovative products and exceeding customer expectations. This is an environment where your technical input and ideas are valued.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on technical support across the manufacturing process
  • Partner with cross-functional engineering teams to support production activities
  • Execute and improve processes developed by Engineering
  • Communicate daily updates and technical findings to the team
  • Lead and document Root Cause Analysis (RCA)ย efforts
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues down to the component level
  • Participate in new product introduction (NPI), product transfers, and project meetings
  • Assist in developing, writing, and implementing test software
Basic Qualifications
  • Ability to obtain ITAR clearance
  • 3โ€“5 years of experience supporting engineering teams in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong troubleshooting skills at the component level
  • Electronics Certificate or equivalent technical training required
  • Experience developing or implementing test software/code
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with test & measurement equipmentย (operation, troubleshooting, remote control)
  • Solid understanding of analog and digital circuits
  • Familiarity with the product lifecycle
  • Hands-on assembly experience
  • Knowledge of RF and Microwave technologies
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, growth-oriented mindset
