Job description

My client is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving manufacturing processes and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes, quality control, and project management. Knowledge and proficiency in CNC programming


Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes and systems
  • Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure product quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve manufacturing issues
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and process flow diagrams
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
  • Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget
  • Train and mentor production staff on new processes and equipment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems
  • Experience with quality control and process improvement methodologies
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CAD software
  • Knowledge and proficiency in CNC programming

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required or university program certificate; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The Salary Range is $80,000 - $100,000
