We are seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically skilled Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will interpret engineering drawings and assemble custom, modular process systems from the ground up.

You will be responsible for mounting sub-assemblies, routing piping systems, installing valves, and performing mechanical alignments in a fast-paced fabrication environment. This position requires physical stamina, including the ability to stand for extended periods and lift components up to 50 pounds.

We are looking for someone who is willing to work a flexible schedule to support production demands, which may include short-notice changes and occasional overtime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble skids and structural components

  • Mount pumps and related mechanical equipment

  • Install PVC and stainless steel piping systems

  • Wire control panels and run electrical connections

  • Build crates and use saws, air tools, and other fabrication equipment

Qualifications

Education

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Technical certifications or an associate degree in industrial technology, fluid power, or a related field preferred

Experience

  • Hands-on assembly experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Experience with PVC plumbing and stainless steel piping

Knowledge & Skills

  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and skid assembly prints

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

  • Safe use of hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment

Preferred

  • Mechanical experience

The expected compensation range for this position is between $47,950.00 and $70,323.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
