Schulte Hospitality Group is assisting one of our hospitality partners with the recruitment of a Senior Marketing Manager for an exciting new development opportunity in Beaver Creek, Colorado.

Our partner is seeking an innovative, strategic, and results-driven marketing professional to join the leadership team at a newly added luxury hospitality destination. This premier ski-in/ski-out resort, located in Beaver Creek, Colorado, presents a unique opportunity to shape and elevate the marketing strategy for an established, high-profile mountain property. The Senior Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving brand awareness, increasing market share, and creating exceptional guest engagement while contributing to the continued success of this distinguished luxury resort.

WHAT IS EXEPCTED OF ME IN THIS ROLE

The Senior Marketing Manager brings the hotel's story to life, creating inspiring and memorable brand experiences while driving visibility, guest engagement, and commercial success across all touchpoints. The role will require a strong foundation in writing, visual thinking, presentation development, executive positioning, project management, networking, and cross-team collaboration. The ideal candidate must be able to experiment, quickly pivot and apply learnings.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with local businesses, brands, influencers, and community organizations to enhance guest programming, cultural activations, and overall resort engagement.
  • Curate and execute innovative programming, events, wellness experiences, and cultural activations that elevate the guest experience and position the property as a market leader.
  • Design and deliver ROI-driven events and activations, ensuring a strong balance of creativity, quality, and financial accountability within established budgets and forecasts.
  • Collaborate closely with the General Manager, Director of Sales & Marketing, and Director of Food & Beverage to align on strategy and execute cohesive programming initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong cross-departmental relationships to ensure seamless planning and execution of events, activities, and guest experiences.
  • Develop and maintain a robust calendar of guest and community programming, ensuring a strong mix of engaging on-property activities.
  • Monitor industry trends and conduct competitive benchmarking to continuously enhance programming and position the property as a leader in experiential hospitality.
  • Strengthen and evolve brand identity through curated programming, ensuring consistent storytelling across all guest touchpoints.
  • Lead marketing and communications initiatives including social media strategy, paid social oversight, content calendar review, and collaboration with digital and content teams for cohesive brand expression.
  • Manage public relations strategy and execution, including agency oversight, media relations, press releases, and coordination of PR events and promotions.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for media, external partners, and on-property colleagues regarding marketing and communications initiatives.
  • Oversee property web presence, including hotel and restaurant websites, OTA listings, and review platforms (e.g., TripAdvisor), ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Support sales initiatives through targeted marketing efforts, advertising strategies, and programs designed to drive demand and maximize revenue.
  • Coordinate all administrative functions within Marketing & Communications and ensure alignment across initiatives.
  • Facilitate weekly meetings to review upcoming events, programming strategy, and long-term initiatives.
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion when managing sensitive or internal matters.
  • Encourage collaboration, teamwork, and active participation in departmental and company-wide meetings and trainings.
  • Reports to Director of Sales & Marketing.

  • Experience in marketing and communications within upscale hospitality or lifestyle brands
