Overview
Peak Trust Company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing & Events Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives, business development efforts, and event strategy.
This role plays a key part in coordinating conferences, client events, sponsorships, marketing campaigns, and day-to-day marketing operations. The ideal candidate enjoys managing details, coordinating logistics, building relationships, and ensuring projects are executed smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate conference, event, and sponsorship logistics from planning through execution
  • Manage registrations, travel arrangements, event materials, vendor coordination, and event timelines
  • Support client events, educational programs, and business development activities
  • Coordinate marketing collateral, promotional materials, and branded merchandise
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, content distribution, and project coordination
  • Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and tracking tools
  • Support CRM data management and event-related reporting
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in event coordination, marketing, project coordination, hospitality, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
