  • Support events and programs involving Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) and other industry stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to increase visibility and strengthen relationships within the communities and industries served.

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout New England.
Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, hands-on event professional who has actually planned and executed trade shows and corporate/B2B events.

This could be a strong opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator ready to step into a larger ownership role, provided they have meaningful hands-on event and trade show experience.

We are specifically looking for someone who is comfortable owning the details—including the event calendar, vendors, invitations, catering, displays, collateral, branding, inventory, logistics, and coordination with Sales.

Candidates whose experience is exclusively focused on digital marketing, social media, or general marketing support without significant event execution experience would not be the ideal fit.
