Job description

The Off-Site Operations Supervisor is in charge of coordinating and executing our off-site operations, including Additional Distribution Points (ADPs) and our food trailer. This role is designed for someone who takes ownership, operates with excellence outside the restaurant, and can lead teams in fast-paced, ever-changing environments. If you enjoy leading people, managing logistics, and representing the brand in the community, this may be the right next step for you.

What You Will Own
  • Lead and execute all off-site operations, including ADPs and food trailer events
  • Safely transport, set up, and operate off-site equipment and vehicles
  • Ensure food quality, speed, and accuracy meet Chick-fil-A standards in all environments
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and organization
  • Coach and develop Team Members to run off-site events through hands-on leadership
  • Manage Chick-fil-A Delivery operations
  • Set expectations for urgency, professionalism, and guest experience
  • Run strong events that represent the Chick-fil-A brand with excellence
