About the Role:

We are seeking a Site Coordinator for an ongoing project in Sterling, Virginia. The site coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of a designated site within the organization. This position is responsible for overseeing daily activities, coordinating resources, enforce parking, and coordinating truck routes on site to ensure they make it to their destination.

Pay: Starts at $30 per hour, depending on experience

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in site coordination, project management, or a related operational role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to use scheduling tools and resources.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.
  • Certification in OSHA safety.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily site operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow coordination to meet project deadlines.
  • Enforce site parking, delivery truck routes, as well as monitor and track site entry and exits accordingly.
  • Serve as the main liaison between site personnel, management, vendors, and clients to facilitate clear and timely communication.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and company policies to maintain a safe and secure work environment.
  • Monitor site performance metrics and prepare regular reports to inform management of progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Coordinate training and onboarding for new site staff, and provide ongoing support and guidance to team members.
