Job Description

Assist electrical and control development of HVAC water source systems, including Design & Testing of Electrical Boxes, Layout, Harnesses, Specifications and Optimizations of System and Components. 

  • Motor Control / Inverter (System Optimization, Specifications, Testing)
  • Testing and System Optimization (Simulation & Lab Testing)
  • Assist performing engineering modifications & Update drawings & processes.
  • Electrical and Electronics support of new & existing Products
  • Electrical designs including cable harnesses & routings, component specs,
  • Write Reports, Document Data and Communicate Findings
  • Ownership to resolve technical problems or prompt response to address issues and escalate as needed
  • Adhere to Safety & Security Protocols
  • Be a team player within cross function teams, understand multidiscipline needs (Engineering, Marketing, Assembly, Logistics, Purchasing,..etc ) and support them as needed
  • Support cross functional teams including designers, CAD, Lab Technicians, Manufacturing
  • Support Product & Project tasks such as testing, lab and manufacturing.
Qualifications
  • B.A in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics (Electrical, Software, Controls)
  • Ability to work with multiple teams & disciplines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate engineering requirements.
  • Take Ownership and Follow Task to Completion (Quality, Time, Cost)
  • Ability to provide support and assistance, co-workers as appropriate
  • Electrical/ Electronic Circuit & System Analysis
