Join a culinary team that takes pride in quality, consistency, and professionalism.
We are seeking an experienced and dependable AM Line Cook to join our team for morning and afternoon service.
This position plays an important role in delivering exceptional member dining experiences while supporting golf outings, weddings, banquets, and special events.
This is not a production-line kitchen or a place where you're simply filling a position on the schedule. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their station, works with urgency and attention to detail, and takes pride in the food they serve.
The ideal candidate is someone who:
  • Can confidently run a station during service.
  • Maintains high standards for quality, cleanliness, and organization.
  • Understands the importance of teamwork and communication.
  • Demonstrates initiative rather than waiting for direction.
  • Is dependable, professional, and committed to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Execute menu items according to recipe, presentation, and quality standards.
  • Operate grill and hot line stations during lunch service and special events.
  • Prepare and stock stations for service.
  • Assist with banquet and event production as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen.
  • Support fellow team members to ensure efficient and successful service execution.

Qualifications
  • Minimum two years of line cook experience.
  • Grill, sautรฉ, or banquet experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced service environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Evening, weekend, and event availability required.

Why Join Our Team?
  • Opportunity to work a variety of services including member dining, golf events, weddings, and banquets.
  • Professional, chef-driven kitchen environment.
  • Opportunities for growth and advancement within the culinary team.
  • A team that values accountability, consistency, and craftsmanship.

Benefits
  • Competitive pay based on experience
  • Time-and-a-half pay for qualifying holidays worked
  • Employee meals during shifts
  • Opportunities for advancement and professional development

Compensation: $19-$21 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
If you take pride in your work, enjoy being part of a strong team, and are looking for a kitchen that values professionalism and high standards, we want to talk to you!
