This full-time physical therapist role is situated onsite at our cutting-edge rehabilitation facility. Our center is equipped with the latest therapeutic equipment and techniques aimed at fostering a supportive and effective recovery environment. • Conduct detailed evaluations of patients’ physical conditions to assess their functional abilities and limitations, paving the way for tailored treatment strategies.
• Design and execute personalized rehabilitation programs utilizing evidence-based methodologies aimed at improving mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing life quality.
• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team of physicians, occupational therapists, nursing staff, and other health professionals to deliver a holistic care approach, leading to optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on effective therapeutic exercises, home care programs, and injury prevention strategies to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Document patient progress and treatment interventions meticulously, ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations and standards.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse clientele, including post-operative patients, individuals recovering from sports injuries, and those managing chronic orthopedic conditions. Your expertise will assist in helping them navigate their rehabilitation journey, setting them on a path toward recovery and functional independence.

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required; a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Valid New Jersey state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy is essential, with demonstrated clinical proficiency.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, complemented by excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to effectively collaborate in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment.

While a minimum of 2 years’ experience is mandatory, candidates with specialized training or certifications in orthopedic rehabilitation, manual therapy techniques, or sports rehabilitation will be viewed favorably. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is also a plus.

The position offers a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
