Work Environment

This full-time, onsite position at our rehabilitation center fosters a collaborative and supportive atmosphere. You will work a Monday to Friday schedule, with typical hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing consistent interaction with patients and a steady flow of dynamic teamwork with other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth evaluations to assess patients' functional abilities and design individualized treatment plans based on their specific needs and goals.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions focused on orthopedic rehabilitation, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to promote recovery.
• Collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care and to optimize rehabilitation outcomes.
• Provide education and guidance to patients and their families regarding home exercise programs, therapeutic strategies, and chronic pain management techniques.
• Maintain precise documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
