Job description

Full-time | On-site | Monday-Friday, no nights, no weekends | $170,000 base salary plus performance incentives up to $50,000

THE SHORT VERSION

An established outpatient family practice in Conyers is looking for its next full-time physician (MD, Family Medicine or Internal Medicine). The panel is built, the schedule is full from day one, and the infrastructure most postings promise actually exists here: dedicated billing and coding support, care management programs (CCM/RPM) up and running, and administrative staff who keep the paperwork off your plate so you can practice medicine.

The practice serves a predominantly Black patient community in Rockdale County - patients with long relationships with this office who want a physician they'll see consistently. If community-rooted primary care is what you got into this work for, this is that job.

WHAT YOUR WEEK LOOKS LIKE

- Outpatient primary care across the lifespan: acute visits, chronic disease management, preventive care, and annual wellness visits

- An established patient panel - no panel-building, no ramp-up period, no marketing yourself

- Documentation in eClinicalWorks (eCW) with billing and coding specialists reviewing behind you

- Opportunity to supervise and mentor advanced practice providers as the site grows

- Home by dinner. No hospital rounds, no weekend clinic.

ABOUT US

315, LLC is a healthcare management and revenue cycle company based in Macon, Georgia, supporting independent primary care practices across the state. Our model is simple: the clinical team practices medicine, and we handle everything else. This position is with one of our partner practices in Conyers.

We are an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.

Requirements

- MD with an active, unrestricted Georgia medical license (or Georgia license eligibility)

- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

- Active DEA registration (or eligibility)

- Experience with chronic disease management and EMR documentation

- Residents completing training are welcome to apply - you'll step into an established panel with real support, not get thrown in the deep end

- A physician who wants to know their patients, not churn through them

Benefits

- $170,000 base salary

- Performance incentives of up to $50,000 on top of base

- Individual medical insurance premium 100% employer-paid (dental and vision plans available at employee cost)

- 401(k) with employer matching

- Paid time off: vacation, sick leave, and public holidays

- CME allowance, license and DEA renewal support

- Monday-Friday outpatient schedule - no nights, no weekends, no call
