• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on the results of assessments and ongoing evaluations.

• Deliver psychotherapy services via video conferencing, adapting to the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment methods through our secure platform.

• Provide clients with coping strategies, therapeutic techniques, and support to help them manage their mental health challenges effectively.

• Collaborate with other professionals and participate in counselor support groups to enhance service delivery and professional growth.

This position primarily focuses on working with a diverse client base, including teenagers, adults, and couples. You will encounter various psychological issues ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges, requiring you to utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches and techniques. Your experience and expertise will be pivotal in facilitating positive outcomes for clients navigating their paths to mental wellness.

• A valid license as a mental health clinician (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or equivalent).

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage/Family Therapy, or Social Work is preferred.

• Demonstrable skills in treatment planning and mental health counseling.

• Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Experience with conducting virtual appointments is essential.

• At least two years of experience in providing psychotherapy to diverse populations.

• Experience in telehealth or remote behavioral health settings is a plus.

• A strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities and techniques to adapt treatment plans as needed.
