Mental Avenue Behavioral and Health Wellness is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. Therapists will utilize the Simple Practice platform to conduct secure video conferencing sessions and manage client communications. • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients, ensuring accurate and thorough evaluations.
• Create tailored treatment plans that reflect clients’ goals, therapeutic needs, and progress.
• Provide a variety of psychotherapy modalities to individuals, couples, and families, adjusting techniques based on client feedback and evidence-based practices.
• Maintain accurate client documentation and treatment records in compliance with organizational and legal standards.
• Offer guidance and support through video conferencing and secure messaging, ensuring consistent communication and accessibility for clients.
• Participate in internal meetings and training sessions aimed at professional development and enhancing therapeutic practices.

This position focuses on serving a diverse population, including adolescents, adults, and couples facing a range of mental health challenges. Our therapists are skilled in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and self-improvement. By engaging with each client individually, you will play a crucial role in empowering them to achieve their therapeutic goals and improve their overall mental health.

• Active licensure as a mental health clinician (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or equivalent)
• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing psychotherapy and treatment planning in a mental health setting
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, allowing for effective interaction with clients and team members
• Familiarity with conducting sessions via telehealth models and online therapy platforms

• Experience working with varied populations, including teens and couples
• Knowledge of managing a caseload in a remote health care environment
• Proficient in electronic health record systems, particularly Simple Practice

The salary range for this full-time position is USD 80,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
