Chief Financial Officer Opportunity Description

Our client is a well-established Federally Qualified Healthcare Center organization looking to add a seasoned and strategic CFO to help lead their financial and accounting functions. This position is based in Florida. This person will oversee all financial planning, accounting, and revenue cycle functions. Senior level leadership experience with a multi-service line healthcare organization is required. Experience with FQHC's is a must. Relocation candidates welcome to apply – assistance available!

Chief Financial Officer Job Requirements
  • Executive financial / accounting leadership experience with multiple healthcare service lines.
  • Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree and / or CPA preferred.
  • FQHC experience required.
  • Process Improvement experience.
Chief Financial Officer Job Responsibilities
  • Oversight of all accounting, revenue cycle, and analytics & planning functions.
  • Supervise and mentor directly reporting managers.
  • Analyze data and metrics to improve financial processes, performance, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Strategic collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Present to board of directors.
