Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid licensure in Texas as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
  • A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience, equipped with a deep understanding of mental health disorders and treatment methodologies.
  • Strong crisis intervention skills and an aptitude for managing challenging scenarios with composure.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to cultivate relationships with individuals from varied cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in using EHR tools and computer applications to maintain accurate patient records.
