You will play a critical role in assessing the emotional and psychological needs of clients, formulating personalized treatment plans, and guiding them through their therapeutic journey.

Key Responsibilities

Your expertise will aid in addressing complex mental health challenges, and you will be tasked with adapting your therapeutic approaches to the unique backgrounds and cultural contexts of your clients. Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid licensure in Texas as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
  • A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience, equipped with a deep understanding of mental health disorders and treatment methodologies.
  • Strong crisis intervention skills and an aptitude for managing challenging scenarios with composure.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to cultivate relationships with individuals from varied cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in using EHR tools and computer applications to maintain accurate patient records.
