The Gold 'N Silver is Reno's oldest casual dining restaurant and has been a Reno landmark for over 60 years. The property has gone under a restoration and renovation that includes a neighborhood bar and updated dining room that will be a downtown Reno highlight for the next 60 years.

Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Clear, clean, sanitize, and reset tables promptly according to standards
  • Refill water and assist with guest needs as directed by service staff
  • Support servers and bartenders during peak periods
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining rooms, service stations, and guest areas
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
  • Speed, accuracy, and reliability in table turnover
  • Consistent cleanliness and organization
  • Professional conduct and situational awareness
  • Individual task-level compliance
  • Immediate reporting of safety or sanitation concerns

Skills, Education and Other Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Work Experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
