Silicon Labs is building world-class Product Line Segment Teams to accelerate adoption across our wireless IoT portfolio by identifying emerging market opportunities, developing strategic ecosystem relationships, and translating customer and market needs into differentiated product investments.
AsSenior Product Marketing Manager, you will serve as the market and business leader for a strategic growth segment under our consumer electronics business area. Acting as the Voice of the Customer, you will identify emerging market opportunities, define future product investments, influence technology roadmaps, and drive revenue growth, design wins, and customer adoption. You will be responsible for developing strategic customer and ecosystem relationships while shaping the next generation of Silicon Labs wireless solutions.
Skills You Will Need
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in EE/CE/CS, or related technical discipline/experience.
• 7+ years of industry experience in semiconductors, wireless connectivity, embedded systems, IoT, consumer electronics, industrial technology, or related markets.
• 5+ years in business development, product marketing, product management, strategic marketing, market development, or related roles.
• Demonstrated experience developing market requirements, business cases, strategic product plans, MRDs, or product investment proposals.
• Strong understanding of embedded systems, semiconductors, wireless connectivity technologies, and ecosystem dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability to grow innovative products and businesses in rapidly evolving markets.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience performing market sizing, customer segmentation, competitive analysis, and investment prioritization.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence customers, executive leadership, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience initiating/ leading/ authoring MRDs, PRDs, or equivalent product planning artifacts.
• Experience developing strategic partnerships and ecosystem relationships.
• Experience with business planning, revenue forecasting, market sizing, portfolio strategy, and innovation management by leveraging AI tools and advanced analytics.
Responsibilities
Product & Technology Strategy
Lead the identification and development of new growth opportunities within the target segment, translating market insights into actionable product and technology strategies.
Own the process from market opportunity identification through Material Requirements Document (MRD) development and Product Development Program (PDP) approval, serving as the primary champion for new product investments.
Leverage customer engagement, market analysis, competitive intelligence, and AI-enabled research tools to identify customer problems, validate opportunities, develop market sizing (TAM/SAM/SOM), and define high-level product requirements, use cases, and business cases.
Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Executive Leadership to align product roadmaps, technology investments, and long-term growth objectives.
Segment Business Ownership
Drive segment business performance through revenue growth, design-win expansion, funnel creation, and market share growth.
Develop and execute segment growth strategies in partnership with regional Sales teams, establish priorities, success metrics, and investment recommendations that support long-term business objectives.
Monitor segment performance, market trends, competitive dynamics, and strategic initiatives to ensure achievement of growth targets.
Customer, Sales & Ecosystem Leadership
Serve as the Voice of the Customer, acting as the primary bridge between customers, Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Applications, and Marketing teams.
Develop trusted relationships with strategic customers, ecosystem partners, and industry stakeholders to identify emerging opportunities, accelerate adoption, and strengthen Silicon Labs' market position.
Support product commercialization activities including launch planning, sales enablement, ecosystem readiness, and customer adoption strategies.
Represent Silicon Labs at customer meetings, industry events, and strategic engagements while driving alignment across cross-functional teams to ensure customer and business needs are successfully met.

The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $124,600 - $231,400 USD. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location where work will be performed and applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus, equity package and a comprehensive benefits package.
