Job description

 POSITION SUMMARY

The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for performing various tasks to support our warehouse facility's efficient operation. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving, storing, and distributing products, ensuring accurate inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.  

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Pick, pack, and label outgoing shipments according to established procedures and shipping guidelines.
  • Inspect products for defects or damage before packaging and prior to shipment.
  • Package all products securely to prevent damage during transit.
  • Routinely stack and unstackproducts, andlift 50+ lbsrepeatedly throughout the day.
  • Assistin organizing and stocking received products inappropriate warehouselocations, ensuring efficient use of space.
  • Monitor inventory of packaging materials (boxes, tape, labels, etc.) and notify supervisors when supplies need replenishing.
  • Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders accurately and on time.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and time-efficient work environment.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and equipment guidelines, including proper PPE use.
  • All other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Experience:

  • High level of accuracy in reading SKU numbers and processing orders. 
  • Ability to work not only alone, but alongside team members on a daily basis. 
  • A track record of punctuality and consistent attendance. 
  • Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. 
  • Experience with pallet jacks and strapping tools. 

Physical Requirements 

This position may require the ability to perform tasks that involve sitting, standing, walking, lifting 50+ lbs, bending, stooping, computer work, and other physical activities. Candidates should be able to meet these physical demands with or without reasonable accommodations.
