Felix Construction Company is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to provide advanced operations support across multiple business units, including ERP support, project records and data governance. Working under limited supervision, this role functions as a senior technical specialist, independently handling highly complex transactions, resolving escalated issues, and supporting consistency in processes and data accuracy.
What You'll Do
  • Performs advanced ERP data entry for complex projects
  • Resolves non-routine discrepancies
  • Reviews OSS I and II work for accuracy
  • Maintains records and documentation
  • Manages contract review and stewardship
  • Resolution of complex document control and closeout issues
  • Mentors OSS I and II
  • Supports SOP development
  • Serves as the primary subject matter expert within the assigned specialty area, providing advanced
    troubleshooting, issue resolution, technical guidance, and recommendations for process improvement

  • Ability to read and interpret general business documents such as contracts, job data entry and ERP input instructions
