Signage Estimator


Join the dynamic signage division of a rapidly expanding printing company based in Richmond, VA. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Signage Estimator to play a key role in planning and estimating the production of signage projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing team dedicated to delivering high-quality signage solutions to our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

- Complete and/or coordinate all estimates for each work order, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

- Review designs and documents provided by customers or designers to understand project scope and requirements

- Act as a pre-production planner by asking relevant questions, considering production options, and identifying potential challenges

- Prepare and/or coordinate estimates for sales representatives and customers as needed

- Communicate with vendors to obtain accurate material and production cost estimates

- Collaborate with production teams to ensure estimates reflect the most efficient and cost-effective manufacturing processes

- Maintain detailed records of estimates and project specifications for future reference and analysis





Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in signage industry estimating or related manufacturing fields

- Strong understanding of signage production processes and materials

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to read and interpret design files and technical documents

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

- Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
